Photography Rules & Regulations

To ensure that every session with Exquisite Precisions Photography runs smoothly and creates the luxury experience you deserve, please review the following guidelines before booking:

1. Booking & Payments

    •    A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time.

    •    Remaining balances are due 48 hours before your session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    Sessions are not confirmed until the retainer is paid.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    •    Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.

    •    Reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice will require a new retainer fee.

    •    In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date within 30 days, subject to availability.

3. Studio & Location Rules

    •    Studio rental fees (if applicable) are added to your session cost.

    •    Please arrive on time—late arrivals will shorten your session and may reduce the number of final images delivered.

    •    No outside photographers, videographers, or additional cameras are permitted during the session.

4. Guests & Children

    •    To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, only essential participants are allowed in the shooting area.

    •    For children’s sessions, one parent/guardian must be present at all times.

    •    Please avoid bringing extra guests unless discussed prior to your session.

5. Props, Outfits & Preparation

    •    Client-provided props must be approved in advance to ensure they fit within the studio space and session concept.

    •    Please arrive fully dressed and prepared, unless hair & makeup services have been arranged.

    •    For newborn, maternity, or family sessions, special preparation instructions will be provided.

6. Editing & Image Delivery

    •    Standard editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and skin retouching.

    •    Excessive retouch requests (e.g., body alterations, background changes) may incur additional fees.

    •    Final galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise specified.

7. Image Rights & Usage

    •    Exquisite Precisions Photography retains the copyright to all images.

    •    Clients receive personal use rights only (printing, sharing on social media, personal keepsakes).

    •    Commercial use (branding, ads, resale) requires a separate licensing agreement.

    •    Watermark removal, raw/unedited images, or full copyright buyouts are not included unless purchased separately.

8. Conduct & Professionalism

    •    Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

    •    Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in the session being ended without refund.

9. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

    •    For outdoor sessions, rescheduling may occur in cases of severe weather.

    •    In the event of unforeseen emergencies (photographer illness, equipment failure, etc.), sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.
